The answer

It is permissible for a man to have sexual intercourse with his wife at any time he wishes. If he does not feel inclined to have intercourse after Fajr, it is better for him to engage in remembrance (dhikr), supplication (du'a), and reading the Quran until the sun rises to the height of a spear, then pray two rak'ahs to attain the reward of a complete Hajj and Umrah.

If the husband hears the adhan while he is having intercourse, he is not obligated to withdraw unless it is the second Fajr adhan on a day when fasting is obligatory, in which case he must withdraw immediately.
