Are there acts of worship in Paradise?
The acts of worship in Paradise are glorification (tasbih) and praise (tahmid) without burden, because Paradise is the abode of recompense and bliss. Muslim narrated from Jabir that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, the people of Paradise will eat and drink therein, but they will not spit, urinate, defecate, or blow their noses." They asked: "What then happens to the food?" He replied: "It will be a burp and a sweat like musk. They will be inspired to glorify and praise Allah as you are inspired to breathe." This is so that they may fully enjoy remembering and loving Allah. The analogy signifies that just as there is no burden in a person's breathing, and it is indispensable, their glorification is made like breathing because their hearts have been enlightened by the knowledge of the Lord and filled with His love. And whoever loves something, mentions it frequently.
