What is the ruling on money earned from participating in the organization of musical events, and what is the ruling on participating in such cultural events?

It is not permissible to assist in forbidden matters, as Allah Almighty says: "And do not cooperate in sin and aggression." So, whoever takes a wage for a forbidden act, it is not permissible for him to benefit from it. Rather, he should give it as charity to the poor and needy. It will then be lawful and good for the poor person. As for matters that do not involve assisting in the forbidden, there is no harm in doing them and taking a wage for them.
