The answer

The Arabic language is the best of languages, for it is the language of the Quran and of the Prophet Muhammad, may Allah’s prayers and peace be upon him. Learning it is obligatory for every Muslim to perform the duties related to prayer. It is disliked to supplicate and remember Allah in other than Arabic, except for those who are unable to do so well. It is not permissible to recite the Quran or pray except in Arabic. Learning Al-Fatiha and the short surahs is made easy and can be completed in a short time to perform the prayer correctly.
