What is the correct method for purification from madhy, how is its emission recognized, how can one get rid of the obsessive thoughts concerning purification from it, and is it obligatory to wash the navel, what is beneath it, and the area between the male organ and the hair growing on it when purifying from madhy?

"Madhī" is a viscous white fluid that usually exits without lust, often during foreplay or when thinking about intercourse. It is not followed by a feeling of weakness, nor is its exit perceived. If its exit is confirmed, ablution (wudu') is obligatory, and whatever part of the body it has touched must be washed. As for clothes, most scholars agree on the obligation to wash whatever part of them it has touched, while Ahmad was of the opinion that sprinkling water suffices.
