The answer

"Madhī" is a viscous white fluid that usually exits without lust, often during foreplay or when thinking about intercourse. It is not followed by a feeling of weakness, nor is its exit perceived. If its exit is confirmed, ablution (wudu') is obligatory, and whatever part of the body it has touched must be washed. As for clothes, most scholars agree on the obligation to wash whatever part of them it has touched, while Ahmad was of the opinion that sprinkling water suffices. As for washing the male organ, most scholars agree on washing only the affected area. There is also a narration from Ahmad about washing the male organ and the testicles.
