Is it permissible to purchase a place to be used as a mosque using an interest-bearing bank loan in Italy?

Allah has forbidden usury and prohibited it. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, described it as one of the seven destructive sins. The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed everyone who participated in a usurious transaction. Therefore, money earned through usury is impure and should not be used to seek closeness to Allah. Hence, it is not permissible to take a usurious loan to purchase a mosque or for any other purpose. Instead, one must seek lawful means, such as borrowing from an Islamic bank.
