Is the belief that people choose with complete freedom what God has destined for them, and that they do not feel coerced, despite their inability to choose otherwise, sound? And what is the meaning of "everyone is facilitated for that for which he was created"? And what is the meaning of prophethood being a divine choice and not something acquired? And are the prophets the most suitable people for prophethood?

People have free will and choice, to which their actions are attributed and for which they are held accountable. This free will and choice are creations of Allah Almighty, so their actions and will do not fall outside Allah’s divine decree and destiny. Thus, a servant is neither completely compelled nor completely free; rather, he is compelled in one aspect and free in another.

As for prophethood, it is a divine selection and choosing from Allah Almighty that a servant cannot attain through effort. Prophets are the best of creation, and Allah chose them for prophethood after they were the most excellent and distinguished individuals among their people beforehand.
