A drug user must repent and beware of bad company. The prayer of a drug user is valid if he is conscious and not intoxicated. However, if he prays while intoxicated, his prayer is invalidated and must be repeated. As for the acceptance of prayer, a hashish user is subject to the warning given to a wine drinker that his prayers will not be accepted for forty days. However, this warning does not necessarily have to be fulfilled, as Allah may forgive His servant.
