Is it permissible to kill a crow?

It is permissible to kill the wicked crow that eats carrion, based on the hadith of Aisha, may Allah be pleased with her, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Five animals are all wicked and may be killed even within the sacred precinct: the crow, the kite, the scorpion, the mouse, and the rabid dog." As for the field crow that picks up grains, it is good and permissible, and it is not legislated to kill it.
