The answer

It is not permissible to sell dead animals, even if they are food for animals, because the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Indeed, Allah and His Messenger have forbidden the sale of alcoholic beverages, dead animals, pigs, and idols," and "Indeed, when Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, forbids the consumption of something, He also forbids its price."
