The question

Is zakat obligatory upon a man who owns fifty heads of sheep designated for trade, kept in a special enclosure where he feeds and waters them, and who has debts such that if he wished to settle them, he would be forced to sell twenty heads of the sheep; and is the ruling for enclosed sheep regarding zakat the same as for pasturing sheep?
