Is repentance accepted for masturbation from one who no longer feels guilt upon committing it?

Allah Almighty has opened the door of repentance to all His servants, no matter how great their sins. Allah Almighty says: "Say, 'O My servants who have transgressed against themselves [by sinning], do not despair of the mercy of Allah. Indeed, Allah forgives all sins. Indeed, it is He who is the Forgiving, the Merciful.'" And the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The one who repents from sin is like one who has no sin." For repentance, you must regret the sin, resolve to abandon it and not return to it, fill your free time with what benefits you, keep company with righteous people, frequently supplicate and remember Allah, attend gatherings of knowledge, contemplate death, be mindful of Allah's watchful eye, and frequently fast, seek forgiveness, and perform good deeds that erase sins.
