Is the audible recitation of dhikr and glorifications after prayer, such as the muezzin or imam saying "Astaghfirullah" (I seek forgiveness from God) three times, then collectively reciting Ayat al-Kursi (the Verse of the Throne) and Surat al-Ikhlas (Chapter of Sincerity), then collectively saying "Subhan Allah" (Glory be to God) 33 times, considered to be from the Sunnah of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, or is the Sunnah to recite them silently, especially since audible recitation may disturb those praying?

Loud remembrance (dhikr) after prayer is an issue on which scholars have differed. The fatwa (religious edict) is to perform it silently. However, it is permissible to perform it loudly occasionally for the purpose of teaching the congregants, provided it does not cause disturbance. As for communal dhikr, where congregants repeat the dhikr in one voice or by repeating after the Imam, this is an Bid'ah (innovation) that has no basis in the Sunnah of the Prophet or the actions of the Companions. Every statement or action that has not been authentically reported from the Companions is an innovation.
