What is the ruling on promoting natural herbal products aimed at elongating the male organ, enlarging women's breasts, and improving sexual performance (increasing semen and erectile strength)?

The ruling on promoting these products depends on the ruling on their use. The use of these products is permissible provided they are free from شرعي (Sharia-compliant) prohibitions, including:

1. That they contain impurities such as pig fat or alcohol; because intentionally anointing oneself with impurities for no need is forbidden, with the exception of alcohol, as anointing oneself with it is forbidden by consensus.

2. That their use causes harm to the user, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "There should be no harm or reciprocating harm."

Therefore, if these products are permissible to use, then it is permissible to promote them, and if they are forbidden to use, then it is not permissible to promote them.
