Who inherits from the full siblings' sons and daughters of a person who has no heirs other than them?

If the deceased leaves behind only the sons and daughters of full brothers, then the inheritance goes to the sons of the full brothers by 'asabah (agnatic relationship), while the brother's daughter is not an heir; rather, she is considered among the 'dhawu al-arham' (relatives through the womb). It is commendable for the inheritor to give a portion of the estate to his relatives, especially sisters and paternal female cousins, based on the Almighty's saying: "And when [other] relatives and orphans and the needy are present at the division [of inheritance], then provide them [something] from it and speak to them words of appropriate kindness."
