Does the word "جميعًا" (all) in the noble verse (Say, "O My servants who have transgressed against themselves [by sinning], do not despair of the mercy of Allah. Indeed, Allah forgives all sins. Indeed, it is He who is the Forgiving, the Merciful.") indicate that Allah forgives all sins, including major sins such as disobeying one's parents, withholding zakat, and adultery?

Allah, the Exalted, forgives all sins except polytheism (shirk) if He wills, and forgiveness is achieved through repentance. Indeed, one who repents from a sin is like one who has no sin. As for one who dies upon major sins without repentance, his fate is subject to Allah’s will, except for polytheism, for its perpetrator will abide eternally in Hellfire. The proof for this is the saying of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him: "There is no servant who says: 'There is no god but Allah,' and then dies upon that, except that he will enter Paradise."
