What is the share of each heir from the aforementioned inheritance, given that the deceased registered an apartment for each male son, except that one of them differs from the others in finishing and location, so is the son who owns the differing apartment entitled to claim the price difference between the apartments, especially since the father promised him that?

If the heirs are limited to those mentioned, then the two sisters are excluded by the presence of a lineal descendant heir, the mother receives one-sixth, the wife receives one-eighth, and the remainder goes to the sons and two daughters, with the male receiving the share of two females. The inheritance is divided into 336 shares: 56 for the mother, 42 for the wife, 34 for each son, and 17 for each daughter.

It is obligatory for a father to be just among his children in gifts during his lifetime. However, after his death, a child who was not treated justly is not entitled to demand anything from the inheritance, because it transfers upon the death of the deceased to all heirs.

The matter of inheritances is serious and complex, and a mere fatwa (definition) is not sufficient. Rather, the matter must be presented to Sharia (definition) courts for investigation and consideration, due to the possibility of other heirs, bequests, debts, or other rights taking precedence over the heirs' right to the wealth.
