The answer

Allah Almighty has ordained all provisions, and no soul shall die until it has received its full provision. Allah has made both tangible, material means for provision (such as work and trade) and lawful, religious means (such as faith, piety, and supplication). Allah provides for all people, both believers and disbelievers, in this world, with or without apparent means, as stated in His words: (And there is no creature on earth but that upon Allah is its provision). The believer seeks their provision through lawful means, thanks Allah, and seeks His help in obedience to Him. As for the disbeliever, they seek their provision through any means, do not thank Allah, and may even use it to disobey Him.
