The answer

If the company deposits its funds with interest (riba), then it is not permissible for you to work there in matters related to riba, whether writing or transferring, and it is forbidden to take usurious interest. As for work unrelated to riba, it is permissible. It is not permissible for you to perform calculations for the fellowship and housing funds related to riba, or to write them, or to document their meetings, or to assist in them, because the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) cursed the one who consumes riba, the one who gives it, the one who writes it, and its two witnesses, and he said: 'They are all equal.'" So, anyone who audits, writes, and holds meetings related to riba falls under this. Cooperation should be in righteousness and piety, not in sin and aggression. The salary taken from these forbidden acts is unlawful wealth and a cause of Allah's wrath and the non-acceptance of prayers.
