What is the ruling on a woman discharging secretions during prayer, and must she repeat the prayer if she felt them during the prayer and completed it?

If a woman becomes certain that discharge has exited during prayer, her ablution is invalidated, and she must immediately exit the prayer, then repeat her ablution and prayer. She must also make up the prayer she performed without ritual purity.
