Is it disliked to leave the doors of unused rooms open, and to leave the dining spread out for a long time?

The Lawgiver (Allah) has recommended closing doors, covering vessels, and extinguishing lamps at night to protect humans and their possessions from Satan, epidemics, insects, and impurities. Scholars have mentioned other benefits for this action, such as safeguarding money and food. This matter falls under the category of guidance and recommendation; its doer is rewarded, and its ترك is not blamed.
