The answer

It is from the Sunnah to recite the morning and evening remembrances (adhkar), because they encompass everything that has been reported from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, whether in word, deed, or tacit approval. He guided to them and encouraged them, such as his saying, peace and blessings be upon him: "Whoever says, when he wakes up in the morning and when he reaches the evening, 'Subhan Allah wa bihamdihi' (Glory be to Allah and praise be to Him) one hundred times, no one will come on the Day of Resurrection with anything better than what he brought, except someone who said the same as he did, or more."
