How can I ascertain ritual purity from menstruation if I do not see the white discharge (al-Qassah al-Bayda’) or complete dryness, and the fluid that exits is transparent with a slight yellowish tint or without it? And is a very light yellowish discharge considered from the normal secretions and not menstrual yellowish discharge?

If a woman sees dryness or normal discharge, then she has become pure and must perform ghusl. However, if the yellowish discharge she sees is consistent with what is mentioned in fatwas no. 121284 and no. 142373, then she is still menstruating. The default is that purity has not occurred when there is doubt about it.
