Is it permissible for a woman to wear perfume while she is in a state of ihram?

It is not permissible for a pilgrim in a state of ihram, whether male or female, to use perfume after entering ihram, due to the Prophet's (peace be upon him) prohibition of wearing anything scented with saffron or wars, and due to Aisha's (may Allah be pleased with her) action of perfuming the Messenger before his ihram, and due to his (peace be upon him) statement regarding the pilgrim in ihram who died: "Do not touch him with perfume."
