Is it permissible to take a mother's right from the heirs of a person who died after unlawfully taking her money, in the event that they do not respond?

Among the gravest matters with which a person meets their Lord are the injustices committed against His servants, for one may be bankrupt on the Day of Resurrection due to having usurped people's rights. If the heirs of the deceased do not respond to your demand for your right and you find no way to recover it except by taking it secretly, then this is permissible for you according to the issue of al-Zafar (taking one's right by force or stealth), which is the most authoritative opinion if this method is the only way to obtain the right. The evidence for this is the hadith of Hind bint Utbah when she took from Abu Sufyan's wealth what was sufficient.
