How is the inheritance divided among a wife, four sons, and three daughters?

If a man dies leaving behind a wife, three daughters, and four sons, and no other heirs, then the wife receives one-eighth (1/8) due to the existence of inheriting offspring, based on the Almighty's saying: "But if you have a child, then for them is one eighth of what you leave." The remainder is divided among the sons and daughters by ta'sib (agnatic inheritance), with the male receiving the share of two females, based on the Almighty's saying: "Allah instructs you concerning your children: for the male, what is equal to the share of two females." The estate is divided into 88 shares: the wife receives 11 shares, each son receives 14 shares, and each daughter receives 7 shares. The questioner is advised that inheritance issues are serious and complex and should be brought before the Sharia (definition) courts to verify the existence of other heirs, wills, debts, or rights that take precedence over the heirs' rights.
