The answer

Commissions paid to company employees in exchange for purchasing from them are considered forbidden bribery, which is impermissible to give or take, as the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed the briber and the bribed." It is not permissible for an employee to leave their job before the end of their contract except with the permission of the stakeholders, and it is not permissible to help them do so. However, if the contract has ended or permission has been granted, there is no objection to leaving the job. There is no harm in recruiting workers, but a believer should love for his brother what he loves for himself.
