Is the observance of the 27th night of Ramadan in one home, with the segregation of men and women, and the revival of this night with prayer, remembrance (dhikr), and lessons, with the intention of seeking Laylat al-Qadr and family gathering, in addition to assisting women who cannot go to the mosque, followed by a feast after concluding the devotion, considered an innovation (bid'ah) or a good Sunnah (sunnah hasanah)?

Seeking Laylat al-Qadr (the Night of Decree) in the last ten nights [of Ramadan] is encouraged due to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, saying: "Whoever stands [in prayer during] Laylat al-Qadr with faith and hoping for Allah’s reward, all his past sins will be forgiven." As for designating the 27th night or any other night for men and women to gather to observe it with prayer, remembrance, lessons, and banquets, this has not been authentically reported from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, nor from his Companions or the Successors. It is among the innovations (bid'ah) that are not found in the Sacred Law.
