What is the ruling on abortion in the second month of pregnancy if it poses a danger to the mother's life, especially with the presence of a nursing child, living in a non-Islamic country, and the inability to get complete rest?

Abortion is permissible if forty days have not passed since conception, especially if there is a need for it. Abortion is also permissible if there is fear for the mother's life and trusted doctors state that continuing the pregnancy poses a definite risk to her life. However, if the mother's life would be endangered by abortion, just as it would be by continuing the pregnancy, then she must surrender to the decree of Allah, keep the pregnancy, and pray for well-being.
