Does the charity I gave for intentionally aborting a fetus exempt me from the obligation of paying the blood money (Diyah)?

It is not permissible to abort a fetus if some of its features have become discernible, unless it is confirmed by a reliable medical report that it poses a danger to the mother's life, because the mother's life is certain while the fetus's life is uncertain. And whoever aborts her fetus after forty days of gestation must repent to Allah with sincere repentance, and pay a "ghurrah," which is one-tenth of the woman's blood money (diyah), to be distributed among the fetus's heirs, and she has no share in it. Charity does not suffice for the ghunnah.
