Is it permissible to agree to a doctor's request to photograph the private parts for scientific and educational purposes, without mentioning the volunteer's identity?

A Muslim must cover their 'awrah (private parts) and not expose it except out of necessity or need, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Guard your 'awrah except from your wife." Exposing and photographing the 'awrah in the context of teaching medicine does not fall under necessity or need. The purpose can be achieved by using animal bodies or detailed drawings, so there is no necessity for a Muslim to expose or photograph their 'awrah.
