Is it obligatory for a girl who underwent a hymen repair after her divorce from a husband — with whom she had consummated the marriage — to inform her future fiancé about this, knowing that she fears God's disapproval if she does not, and also fears the suitor's rejection or disgust if he finds out?

It is not permissible to obey the mother in performing hymen reconstruction surgery, because marital relations with one's husband after a valid marriage contract are permissible and not an indecency that requires concealment. One must repent to Allah, and if a suitor proposes and stipulates virginity, it is not permissible to conceal its absence, because hymen reconstruction does not remove the deception, as it is an artificial virginity. Adhering to piety and trusting in Allah is sufficient to alleviate worries.
