Is naming the newborn, according to Sharia, the right of the man alone, to the exclusion of the woman?

Naming children is a shared right between both parents, based on mutual consent and agreement. However, in case of dispute, the father has the right over the mother, because the son is named after his father, as stated in the Almighty’s saying: "Call them by [the names of] their fathers; it is more just in the sight of Allah."
