And is it obligatory to change the diaper for every prayer, and for Duha prayer after waking up, and for Witr prayer after midnight? And is it permissible to use the same diaper multiple times with only a few drops coming out? And what is the ruling on prayer if one forgets to change the diaper? The answer

A person afflicted with urinary incontinence and similar conditions, if it persists throughout all prayer times, must perform ablution for each obligatory prayer, thoroughly wash the area of impurity, and tie a cloth or a diaper while taking precautions as much as possible. This cloth or diaper should be changed or washed when the time for the next prayer begins. However, it is not obligatory to change it except when purifying for an obligatory prayer or upon the occurrence of another impurity distinct from the persistent one. If one prays a supererogatory prayer while forgetting to change it, there is no need to repeat the prayer. If the cloth is removed, it is not permissible to put it back on and pray with it unless it has been cleaned with water or soap.

Some scholars, such as the Malikis, hold the view that it is not obligatory for such a person to perform ablution for every prayer or to wash the area of impurity, in order to alleviate hardship and difficulty. All impurities that are difficult to guard against are excused for prayer and entering the mosque if the condition is continuous every day, even if only once.
