What is the response to those who impugn Sahih al-Bukhari and claim that it contains inauthentic hadiths?

The Muslim Ummah has received Sahih al-Bukhari and Sahih Muslim with acceptance due to the eminence of their imams. Scholars have agreed that they are the most authentic books after the Holy Quran. The highest degree of authenticity is for what Bukhari and Muslim both agreed upon, followed by what Bukhari alone narrated. Some scholars, like Imam al-Daraqutni, criticized a few narrations in the two Sahihs. Scholars such as Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar responded to them and clarified the authenticity of most of these narrations. This criticism does not diminish the status of the two Sahihs, for infallibility belongs only to the Book of Allah.
