Do the deceased brothers' daughters inherit in this case?

The niece is not among the heirs, nor does one who dies earlier inherit from one who dies later. In the presence of three full sisters, seven sons of a full brother, and four sons of a full paternal uncle, the sisters take two-thirds as a prescribed share. The remainder goes to the sons of the full brother by ta'sib (agnatic inheritance), and the sons of the full paternal uncle receive nothing, as they are blocked by the sons of the full brother. The estate is divided into sixty-three shares: each sister receives fourteen shares, and each son of the brother receives three shares. Estate matters must be referred to Sharia courts for investigation.
