Breast augmentation, if done to enhance beauty and appearance, is forbidden and considered an alteration of Allah's creation. However, if breast augmentation is achieved using harmless medical drugs and pharmaceuticals, there is no objection to it, and it is not considered an alteration of Allah's creation. One must be content with Allah's decree and destiny, and look to those who are less fortunate to avoid disdain for Allah's blessings. Also, mixing with non-mahram men must be avoided, except within legitimate Islamic guidelines.
