Is the Hadith "Ali is with the truth, and the truth is with Ali" authentic and agreed upon, or is its chain of narration weak?

The aforementioned Hadith regarding the فضْل (virtue) of Ali ibn Abi Talib (may Allah be pleased with him) is authentic in its meaning, as many Hadiths have been narrated confirming his virtue and merits. However, with this specific wording, it is not found in the Sahihayn (Bukhari and Muslim) nor in the books dedicated to authentic narrations. It was narrated by Al-Bazzar in his Musnad, and it was mentioned that its chain of narration contains an unknown narrator, despite the rest of its narrators being from those found in the Sahih. It was also narrated in Tarikh Baghdad by Al-Khatib and Tarikh Dimashq by Ibn Asakir, both of which are known to contain weak Hadiths.
