Should one who was in the Sacred Mosque from Maghrib until 'Isha pray two rak'ahs after the 'Isha adhan? Are they Sunnah or Tahiyyat al-Masjid? And what are the best deeds in Makkah after 'Umrah?

The Sunnah for someone in the mosque when the adhan for Isha is called is to pray two rak'ahs, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Between every two adhans there is a prayer." This is not tahiyyat al-masjid (greeting the mosque prayer), because tahiyyat al-masjid is performed upon entering. Good deeds are multiplied in the Grand Mosque of Mecca (Al-Haram Al-Makki), where prayer is multiplied by one hundred thousand prayers. Other good deeds, such as fasting, dhikr, reciting the Quran, charity, and so on, are also multiplied, but there is no specific multiplication factor for them.
