The answer

If someone misses the Dhuhr prayer due to sleep and does not wake up until after the time for Asr prayer has begun, they must hasten to make it up as soon as they wake up, for the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever forgets a prayer or sleeps through it, its expiation is to pray it when he remembers it." The time for Dhuhr extends until the shadow of a thing becomes equal to its height. There is no sin upon a sleeper who is not negligent in waking up if prayer passes him due to sleep.
