Microblading is a forbidden tattoo unless it is for a disease. The obsessive thoughts that lead to panic attacks, which in turn cause plucking of eyebrow hair, are considered a disease that permits tattooing to cover the shape of the eyebrow. Wudu' (ablution) and prayer are valid with the tattoo, and its removal is not obligatory. It is advisable to present the case to a specialized doctor.
