Is it permissible to falsify a medical examination result for marriage without informing the girl of the illness, for fear of her rejection and committing zina (fornication/adultery)?

If your relative's illness is contagious, he must inform the woman he intends to marry about the truth of his illness, because concealing it is deceit and harm, based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) sayings: "He who deceives us is not of us," and "There shall be no harm nor reciprocating harm."

If he cannot find a woman who accepts him as a husband, he must be patient and beware of falling into adultery, which Allah has linked with polytheism and killing a soul, and has threatened those who commit it with severe punishment, except for those who repent, as stated in the Almighty's saying: "And those who do not invoke with Allah another deity or kill the soul which Allah has forbidden, except by right, and do not commit unlawful sexual intercourse. And whoever does that will meet a penalty. Multiplied for him will be the punishment on the Day of Resurrection, and he will abide therein humiliated – Except for those who repent, believe and do righteous deeds. For them Allah will change their evil deeds into good ones. And ever is Allah Forgiving and Merciful."
