Do angels not enter a closed room designated for reading and memorizing the Quran if the apartment contains music or songs?

There is no specific evidence prohibiting angels from entering a house where singing is heard. However, it is appropriate in terms of meaning, for angels gather for remembrance (dhikr) and devils gather for reprehensible acts (munkarat). One could infer this by analogy based on the bell: just as angels do not enter a house where there is a bell because it is the devil's wind instrument (mizmār), singing is also the devil's wind instrument. If singing is present in one room of an apartment, it does not prevent good from reaching the rest of the purified rooms where the Quran is recited.
