The answer

Advice is obligatory among Muslims. Allah the Almighty said: "By the Aṣr (the time). Verily! Man is in loss, Except for those who believe, and do righteous deeds, and advise each other to the truth, and advise each other to patience." And the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Religion is advice." Advice should be given with gentleness and leniency, as Allah the Almighty said to Moses and Aaron, peace be upon them: "And speak to him with gentle speech, that perhaps he may be reminded or fear."
