How is the inheritance divided for a woman who died leaving behind: three paternal half-brothers, two full sisters, a son of a deceased full brother (whose heirs are three daughters), and a daughter of a deceased full sister?

The inheritance of the deceased woman is divided, assuming her heirs are limited to those mentioned, as follows: her two sisters receive two-thirds, based on the Almighty's saying: "But if there are two [sisters], they receive two-thirds of what she left." The remainder goes to the paternal brothers by virtue of ta'sib (agnatic inheritance), based on the Prophet's (peace be upon him) saying: "Give the prescribed shares to those entitled to them; then whatever remains is for the closest male." Those who passed away before her do not inherit. It is recommended to give to non-heir relatives from her estate, based on the Almighty's saying: "And when [other] relatives and orphans and the needy are present at the time of distribution, then provide for them from it and speak to them words of kindness." Inheritance matters must be referred to Sharia courts to verify all rights and heirs.
