Are the family in this world the same as the family in the Hereafter?

In Paradise, the believers will be joined by their righteous family members and relatives—parents, spouses, and descendants—even if the latter are of a lower rank. This is an honor for the believer and an increase in their joy, as indicated by verses such as: "and those who were righteous among their fathers, and their wives, and their offspring" and "And those who believed and whose descendants followed them in faith—We will join their descendants with them." All blameworthy traits, such as rancor, malice, and animosity, will be removed from the people of Paradise before they enter it.
