Is one who takes from the orphans' money entrusted to him, while in dire need, sinful, provided that he intends to compensate them later?

Unjustly consuming the orphan's wealth is one of the gravest major sins, as Allah Almighty says: "Indeed, those who devour the property of orphans unjustly are only consuming into their bellies fire. And they will be burned in a blazing Fire." An exception to this is if the impoverished guardian of the orphans consumes from their wealth in a reasonable manner, meaning according to his needs, or as a loan, or what suffices his hunger and clothes his nakedness without extravagance. Taking full monthly stipends is not considered consuming in a reasonable manner, and what was taken from the orphans' wealth must be returned.
