Is a father considered a martyr if water was the cause of his death after he was admitted to the hospital due to chest and heart pain?

Firstly: Among the signs of a good ending is that Allah grants the servant success in uttering the Shahadah (declaration of faith) at the time of death, based on the Prophet’s (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying: “Whoever’s last words are ‘La ilaha illa Allah (There is no god but Allah)’, Paradise becomes incumbent upon him.”

Secondly: Linguists differed between "al-ghariq" (the drowned) and "al-shariq" (one who chokes on water). Drowning (al-gharaq) is when water enters the nose until its passages are filled, whereas choking (al-sharaq) is when water enters the throat causing one to choke on it.

Thirdly: A weak hadith was narrated from Ibn Abbas enumerating the types of martyrs, and it includes: “And the one who chokes [on water] is a martyr.”

Fourthly: Many scholars considered the "shariq" (one who chokes on water) to be among the martyrs, relying on this hadith. It is hoped that whoever dies by choking will be a martyr.
