What is the ruling on one who broke their fast in Ramadan by smoking a cigarette due to extreme anger, then fondled his wife until she ejaculated, and is expiation (kaffarah) obligatory upon them both?

The man must repent to Allah for committing two sins: smoking forbidden cigarettes, and consuming them during the daytime in Ramadan, which invalidates the fast. As for foreplay that leads to ejaculation, it is forbidden for the fasting person and invalidates his fast if semen is released.
