Is the desire to return to one’s homeland, knowing that the financial situation in Saudi Arabia is good while it is modest in the homeland, considered arrogance towards sustenance? And is the fear of a decrease in sustenance justified if the announced reason for returning to people is work pressures?

Returning to one's homeland is not an act of arrogance towards sustenance; rather, it is a remedy for the psychological pains of estrangement. It is advisable to perform Istikhara regarding this. A stranger who dies in a foreign land is promised great reward, as the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Indeed, when a man dies in a place other than his birthplace, his measure from his birthplace to the end of his trace in Paradise will be measured for him." So, if a resident finds support from his family, the stranger is blessed with reward and assistance from Allah.
